1. The Basics

lipsyn.cc lets you lip-sync human videos using your audio or text-to-speech. Free 5-second previews are on the house. Want the full video? Choose a minute pack, billed by the minute. No subscriptions, no nonsense.

2. Right of Use

Free previews don’t need registration. Buying the full video? You’ll need to register. Commercial use is allowed for your uploads and our text-to-speech audio. Commercial use is NOT allowed for free previews.

Kids under 13 need parental permission. Parents, you’re on the hook for their actions.

3. Play Nice

Don’t use lipsyn.cc for anything illegal, offensive, or harmful. No harassment, no fraud, no shady business. Keep it clean, keep it legal, and don’t share your login details.

4. Intellectual Property

We own the software, you own your content. Don’t use third-party IP without permission—it’s on you if you do.

7. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed video generations and minute pack purchases. Free previews let you decide before buying, and we will do our best to help resolve any issues. If video creation fails, the purchased minutes for that attempt are automatically returned to your account. Once a video has been successfully generated, its creative quality is determined by the AI model and may vary; completed generations are not eligible for refunds.

8. Liability

We provide the service “as-is.” No guarantees on perfect results. Use the free preview to check quality. We’re not liable for internet issues, server delays, or third-party claims.

9. Data Protection

We follow GDPR and Austrian data protection laws. Check our privacy policy for details.

10. Changes to Terms

If we update these terms, we’ll let you know. Don’t agree? You can stop using the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Consumers are protected by the laws of their home country.
